Elementary Band Festival

Sixth graders Eris Kamberaj '29 and Teddy Perrotta '29 have been selected to perform with the PMEA District 10 Elementary Band Festival, which will be held on January 13, 2023, at Parkland High School. They will rehearse all day and perform a concert that evening in the auditorium at Parkland High School. Eris plays the alto saxophone and Teddy plays the flute. This is a great opportunity for these Moravian Academy band students. Congratulations to these students.

Intermediate Band Festival

Seventh graders Mia DiGiovanni '28 and Jason Cho '28, as well as eighth graders Richard Xia '27 and Gavin Qian '27, have been selected to perform with the PMEA District 10 Intermediate Band Festival, which will take place at Lower Macungie Middle School on March 10, 2023. They will rehearse all day and perform a concert that evening in the auditorium at Lower Macungie Middle School. Mia plays the trombone, Jason plays the clarinet, Richard plays the trombone and Gavin plays the flute. This is a great opportunity for these Moravian Academy band students. Congratulations to these musicians.

District Band Festival

Ninth grader Nikhil Skandan '26 auditioned and was selected to be part of the alto saxophone section of the PMEA District 10 Band. The festival will take place at Nazareth High School from February ninth to eleventh. After three days of rehearsals, Nikhil will perform with the District Band at the auditorium of Nazareth High School. This is a great honor and opportunity. Congratulations, Nikhil Skandan!
