Thirty-eight Upper School students spent months researching, preparing and collaborating only to dress in business attire and compete in the 70th Annual State DECA Career Development Conference. Remote project presentations, role-plays, cluster exams, and interviews filled virtual competition airwaves culminating in a first-ever virtual conference and award ceremony on February 19. The conference boasted over 3,000 participants and 62 competitive events this year.
Moravian Academy Upper School Speech and Debate members competed virtually at the Allentown Diocese Forensic League (ADFL) National Qualifiers Tournament on February 28th, vying for spots at the National Catholic Forensic League (NCFL) Grand Nationals tournament.
In conjunction with the Animal Welfare Club, Moravian Academy will celebrate Spirit Week on the Merle-Smith Campus from March 15-19, 2021. Show your school pride, score points for the Red & Gold Cup Challenge, and make a difference for animals in need!
