During our art-themed week, Kindergarteners in the Spanish Immersion Program learned about the famous Mexican painter, Frida Kahlo, and her famous autorretratos (self-portraits). We discussed the important elements of Frida's famous self-portraits, and we used them to create our own paintings, which you can see below.
